As of December 31, 2016, Pennsylvania jobs projecting at least $1.5 million may, at the option of the owner, have a Notice of Commencement filed in the new state Construction Notices Directory. If this is done, the subcontractor (and suppliers) must file a Notice of Furnishing on the state website.
